Friday – Welcome Reception and Social (locations for socials are different than the conference: for Senior Social at Fairfield Inn and Cadet Social at NG Amory)

Saturday – Session registration 7:00 am; Sessions 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Banquet 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm; Sunday – Non-Denominational Worship Service 7:15; Commander Call 8:00 am  to Noon


Guest Speaker: Commander George Perry, USN

Retired U.S. Navy Commander George Perry is an aviation safety advocate, author and speaker who serves as a member of the Civil Air Patrol’s Board of Governors (BoG).
Commander Perry joined the BoG in June 2015, shortly after completing a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy as an F-18E Super Hornet squadron commanding officer based in Atsugi Japan. After retiring from the Navy, he held senior leadership positions at the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) as the Senior Vice President of the Air Safety Institute, and the special mission business division director at Cirrus Aircraft. There is a full schedule with several opportunities to get valuable training. Some classes are all day, some are partial day, the remaining are General. The Special Sessions have prerequisites and limited spaces. Tickets are $40 for Senior Members and $10 for Cadets.

Full Day Sessions:

Wilderness First Aid for GMT 3 trainees – All day track (Limited Seats) Need to wear a field uniform during these courses. CPR completion required. (Bring Blues for Banquet)

CISM – Two day track (Limited Seats) Saturday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Sunday 8:00 am – Noon

TLC class – All day track (Limited Seats) Completion of video and tests on eServices required before attending class.

Partial Day + General Sessions:

ICUT Training and Eval –  3 part class (Limited Seats) Completion of video and tests on eServices required before attending class.

Mission Scanner Fam/Prep – 3 part class (Limited Seats)

NCO – 3 part class (Limited Seats)

Ground Team 3 Fam/Prep – 2 part class (Limited Seats) GES and Commander’s Approval required prior to attendance.

Local suggestions for lunch – Cheddars, El Bracero, Fetta Pizza (its local, really good stuff, even garlic knots!) Penn Station, Firehouse Subs


Service Dress (Class A) or Corporate Service Dress, Service uniform (Class B) or aviator shirt uniform, corporate working uniform (blue polo shirt), or appropriate civilian attire. (No ABUs, BDUs, CFUs, or flight suits please!) Exception is Wilderness First Aid course need to be a working uniform. Mess Dress, Corporate class A, or aviator unfirms for Banquet.

Friday evening was “casual civilian attire.” Sunday Commanders Call should be Class B/Aviator/Polo.
